Do my clients pay anything?
No. You pay per team member; your clients' portal logins are free and unlimited.
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan and add a card. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Can I change plans or add people later?
Yes, any time from Settings. Changes are prorated, so you only pay for what you use.
Is GST included?
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST. GST is added for New Zealand businesses; overseas businesses pay the listed price.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
